Meet The Founder

The adviser behind every engagement.

Ramoni Tijani

Founder & Principal Adviser — Northwyn Accounting & Advisory Ltd

A property investor once told Ramoni he had received three different answers to the same structuring question — from three advisers he’d never chosen to work with. That conversation led, eventually, to Northwyn.

Before founding the firm, Ramoni spent his career across Deloitte, EY and PwC, advising high-growth private businesses and listed groups. The work was technically rigorous — but as advice moved further from senior decision-makers, it also became more generic and more cautious.

Northwyn removes that separation. It’s a deliberately lean practice built to keep clients connected to senior-level judgement throughout — no handover chain, no gap between analysis and advice.

Ramoni’s focus: tax efficiency, ownership structuring, and long-term planning for business owners and property investors — advice built to hold up in practice, not just in principle.
